Papers, 1969-1985.

Papers of Rosalind Pollack Petchesky, feminist theoretician and activist, and a specialist in reproductive health and politics. The collection documents her involvement with the Committee for Abortion Rights and Against Sterilization Abuse (CARASA), as well as other activities, most notably her role in a professors strike in the New Jersey State College system during the 1970s. CARASA files include materials relating to their Task Force, which concerned analysis of the organization, and information on a variety of women's reproductive health issues.
